EMC VR Film Festival is the First Russian Virtual Reality Film & Immersive Technology Festival, which was held from June 17 to June 19 2016 in Moscow, Russia.
Within 3 days of the festival 33 films in 3 major film programs (International Panorama, International Competition, Student VR Lab) were screened on 65 Gear VR’s simultaneously to over 1850 viewers (with free admission) thanks to initiators and major organisers of the festival EMC Russia&CIS as well as support of Samsung Mobile Russia (Samsung S7 Edge devices), Interactive Lab (VR Cinema system) and VRability project (Festival Program).

Kalaripayattu, one of the oldest martial art forms of Kerala, has its origin in Yajur Veda and was handed over to disciples directly by masters known as ‘Kalari Gurukkals’.
